By accessing our website or purchasing or participating in a Koroleva Math course or service, you agree to these Terms.
If you are enrolling a minor student, you must be the student's parent or legal guardian and you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the student.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services.

If a course-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the course-specific agreement will control with respect to that course or program.
2. Parent and Guardian Enrollment
Koroleva Math provides educational services to students of various ages, including minors.
Enrollment and payment for a student under 18 must be completed by the student's parent or legal guardian.
By enrolling a minor student, the parent or legal guardian represents that:
-
They have the legal authority to enroll the student;
-
The information provided during enrollment is accurate;
-
They consent to the student's participation in the applicable educational program; and
-
They agree to these Terms on behalf of themselves and, to the extent permitted by law, the participating student.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that students have access to the technology, internet connection, and equipment reasonably necessary to participate in online instruction.
3. Registration Information
When registering for a course or service, you agree to provide accurate and current information.
This may include the parent or guardian's name and contact information and information about the participating student.
You are responsible for notifying us if important enrollment information changes.
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Payments
Prices for courses and services are displayed on the applicable sales or enrollment page at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through the payment system made available through our website. Koroleva Math does not request or store your full credit card number through our website forms.
The payment processor may collect and process payment information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount presented to you at checkout.
Any applicable taxes, fees, or other mandatory charges will be disclosed as required by applicable law.
5. Course-Specific Refund and Cancellation Terms
Refunds, cancellations, withdrawal rights, and related matters for a particular course or program are governed by the refund and cancellation terms presented for that course or program.
Those terms may be included in a separate course agreement or enrollment document.
If you have questions about a refund or cancellation, contact drkoroleva64@gmail.com.
6. Course Access
Access to course materials is provided according to the terms of the specific course or program purchased.
Unless a course description or agreement states otherwise, access is personal to the enrolled student and may not be transferred to another person.
For programs that provide a defined access period, access will end when that period expires.
For example, if a course provides one year of access to recordings and materials, access will normally remain available for that one-year period and will then expire.
We may occasionally need to change the location or method through which materials are delivered, provided that we make reasonable efforts to preserve the access and educational value promised with the applicable course.

10. Student Work and Submissions
Students may submit homework, solutions, questions, diagnostic assessments, or other work for educational feedback.
Students and parents/guardians retain ownership of their original student work.
By submitting work to Koroleva Math for educational review, you grant us permission to use that submission as reasonably necessary to provide the requested educational service, including reviewing it, commenting on it, storing it, and returning feedback.
We will handle student information and submissions according to our Privacy Policy.
We will not publicly publish a student's identifiable work without appropriate permission.
11. Educational Nature of Our Services
Koroleva Math provides educational instruction and resources designed to help students develop their mathematical knowledge and skills.
However, we do not guarantee that participation in a course, intensive, tutoring session, or other educational service will result in:

-
Any other specific result.
Student outcomes depend on many factors, including prior preparation, attendance, effort, practice, outside instruction, assessment conditions, and individual circumstances.

13. Third-Party Services
Our website and educational programs may rely on third-party services, including Wix, Zoom, Google services, payment processors, and other educational or technology platforms.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's separate terms and policies.
We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or changes to third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
If a third-party service becomes unavailable, we may use a reasonable alternative method of providing the affected service where practical.
14. Website Content and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information on our website.
However, educational materials and website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or information that becomes outdated.
If you identify an error, we appreciate being notified so that we can evaluate and correct it where appropriate.
We reserve the right to update or correct website content and educational materials.
15. Availability and Technical Issues
Online educational services depend on internet access, devices, software, and third-party technology.
We do not guarantee that the website, live classes, recordings, or digital materials will always be available without interruption.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general educational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that the website or its content will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every student's individual needs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or protection that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koroleva Math and Dr. Olga Koroleva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website or educational services, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a particular paid service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Koroleva Math for that service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or reasonable expenses arising from your material violation of these Terms, your misuse of our website or course materials, or your unauthorized distribution of our intellectual property.
Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify Koroleva Math for conduct for which such indemnification would be prohibited by applicable law.
19. Termination or Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to a website account, course materials, or other services if reasonably necessary because of:
-
Material violation of these Terms;
-
Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials;
-
Fraudulent or unlawful activity;
-
Serious disruption of instruction; or
-
Conduct that creates a significant security or safety concern.
Any termination or suspension will be handled consistently with applicable law and any applicable course-specific refund or cancellation terms.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, limitations of liability, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.
20. Privacy
Your use of our website and educational services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and certain privacy choices available to you.
21. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies.
Information about these technologies and their purposes is provided in our Cookie Policy.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our business, services, technology, or legal obligations change.
When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the beginning of this document.
For material changes, we will provide notice through our website or other reasonable means when appropriate.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to the terms of an already-purchased course will not retroactively eliminate rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be changed without your consent.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable California and federal law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, if permitted by law.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable course-specific agreement, enrollment terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other terms expressly incorporated into a purchase or service, constitute the agreement governing your use of the applicable services.
If a course-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, the course-specific agreement controls with respect to that course or service.
