This Mastery Course Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Dr. Olga I. Koroleva (“Instructor”) and the parent or legal guardian of the student enrolling in the course (“Parent”), or the adult student if the student is 18 or older (“Student”).
By enrolling in the AP Calculus BC Mastery Course and submitting payment, the Parent/Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
1. The Mastery Course
The AP Calculus BC Mastery Course is an approximately eight-month educational program designed to provide structured instruction, guided practice, review, and preparation for the AP Calculus BC examination.
The course is designed to help students develop:

A strong conceptual understanding of calculus;

Problem-solving and mathematical reasoning skills;
-
Confidence working with calculus concepts and problems;
-
Familiarity with AP Calculus BC topics and question formats;
-
Effective preparation for the AP Calculus BC examination.
The course is educational in nature. The Instructor does not guarantee a particular course grade, AP examination score, or other academic result.
2. Course Schedule and Format
The Mastery Course begins on September 6, 2026 and continues through May 8, 2027, with the exact course calendar provided to enrolled students.
The course may include:

Weekly live group instruction;

Guided problem-solving and discussion;
-
Practice assignments;
-
Review materials;
-
Instructional videos;
-
Class recordings, when provided;
-
Additional practice and preparation for the AP Calculus BC examination.
The Instructor may make reasonable adjustments to the schedule, curriculum, teaching format, or course materials when necessary.
3. Live Class Participation
Students are expected to attend live sessions regularly, arrive on time, and actively participate.
Students are required to have their camera and microphone/sound turned on during live sessions, unless the Instructor has given permission for the Student to keep the camera or microphone off because of a specific circumstance.
This requirement is intended to create an interactive classroom environment and allow the Instructor to communicate directly with students, answer questions, provide feedback, and ensure active participation.
If a Student experiences a temporary technical problem that prevents camera or microphone use, the Student or Parent should notify the Instructor as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Attendance and Missed Classes
Students are strongly encouraged to attend all live classes.
If a Student misses a live class, the Instructor is not obligated to provide an individual make-up lesson.
When a recording is provided, the Student may use the recording to review the missed material.
No refund or credit will be provided solely because a Student misses a class.
The Instructor may occasionally need to reschedule a class because of illness, emergency, technical difficulties, professional obligations, or other circumstances. When reasonably possible, the Instructor will provide advance notice and arrange an appropriate alternative.
5. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:

Attend live classes regularly;

Participate respectfully and actively;
-
Complete assigned practice;
-
Ask questions when clarification is needed;
-
Submit work in the requested format when assignments are collected;
-
Follow reasonable classroom and communication guidelines;
-
Treat the Instructor and other students respectfully.
The Mastery Course does not replace the Student's regular school coursework. Students remain responsible for meeting the requirements of their school or other educational institution.
6. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
For students under 18, the Parent or legal guardian is responsible for:

Providing accurate enrollment and contact information;

Ensuring that the Student has access to the technology and internet connection necessary to participate;

Helping the Student remain aware of the course schedule;
-
Ensuring that course payments are made according to the selected payment plan;
-
Communicating with the Instructor regarding significant issues affecting the Student's participation.
The Instructor may communicate with the Parent regarding attendance, participation, assignments, and general academic progress.
7. Tuition and Payment Options
The Founding Member tuition for the AP Calculus BC Mastery Course is offered through the following payment options.
Option 1: Paid in Full
$3,400
Payment is due no later than September 5, 2026.
Option 2: Two Payments
$1,850 × 2

Total: $3,700
Option 3: Eight Monthly Payments
$495 × 8
Payments of $495 are due on the 5th of each month:

There is no payment in May
Total: $3,960
Founding Member Savings
Students who choose to pay the full tuition of $3,400 in one payment save $560 compared with the eight-month payment option.
The paid-in-full option therefore provides the greatest savings.
8. Payment Plan Commitment
The AP Calculus BC Mastery Course is an eight-months program.
The two-payment and monthly-payment options are payment plans for the complete course. They do not create month-to-month enrollment.
By selecting an installment payment option, the Parent/Student is enrolling in the complete eight-months Mastery Course and agrees to the applicable payment schedule selected at enrollment.
A Student's decision to stop attending the course does not automatically cancel enrollment or future payment obligations.
The installment plans are provided as a convenience to allow the course tuition to be paid over time.
9. Missed or Late Payments
If a scheduled payment is not received by the applicable due date, the Instructor may suspend the Student's participation in live classes and/or access to course materials until the payment issue is resolved.
If a Student stops attending the course and scheduled payments are not made, the Instructor may discontinue the Student's enrollment and access to the course.
10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
The first live Mastery Course session is scheduled for September 6, 2026.
Because students have an opportunity to experience the course during the first few days of the program, the Instructor provides a short cancellation and refund period.
Cancellation Through September 10
A Parent/Student may request cancellation of enrollment in writing no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 10, 2026.
For an eligible cancellation:

Payments already received will be refunded;
-
Any non-refundable payment-processing fees actually charged to the Instructor in connection with the original payment may be deducted from the refund;
-
For students enrolled under a two-payment or monthly payment plan, future scheduled payments will be cancelled;
-
Access to the Mastery Course, including live classes, recordings, and course materials, will end upon cancellation.
The Parent/Student is not responsible for future scheduled payments after a timely cancellation under this section.
After September 10
Beginning September 11, 2026, tuition payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by the Instructor.
A Student's decision not to attend classes, failure to participate, change in schedule, vacation, or other personal circumstances does not constitute cancellation of enrollment and does not create a right to a refund.
For students enrolled under a payment plan, stopping attendance after the cancellation period does not automatically cancel the remaining payment obligations.
Payment Processing Fees
Refunds are issued for the amount actually received by the Instructor, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees charged by the payment processor in connection with the original transaction.
The Instructor does not charge an additional cancellation or administrative fee.
How to Request a Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:
The date and time the written cancellation request is received will determine whether the request was made within the refund period.
11. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All course materials provided by the Instructor—including videos, recordings, worksheets, notes, practice problems, solutions, presentations, graphics, documents, and other instructional materials—are provided for the personal educational use of the enrolled Student.
Course materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Student may not:

Sell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit course materials;

Share course materials or recordings with individuals who are not enrolled in the course;
-
Upload course materials to public websites or social media;
-
Reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of the course materials without written permission from the Instructor;
-
Use the Instructor's materials to create or operate a competing educational program.
Students may download or retain materials when the Instructor expressly makes them available for that purpose.
12. Class Recordings
The Instructor may record live classes for educational and review purposes.
When recordings are provided, access may be limited to enrolled students and may be available only for a specified period.
Students may not copy, redistribute, publish, or share class recordings outside the course without written permission from the Instructor.
The Instructor may discontinue recording or providing recordings when necessary for technical, privacy, instructional, or other reasonable reasons.
13. Technology and Internet Access
The Mastery Course may require access to a computer or other compatible device, reliable internet access, a working camera and microphone, and the software or platforms specified by the Instructor.
The Student is responsible for having functioning equipment and internet access.
The Instructor is not responsible for interruptions caused by the Student's device, internet service provider, power outage, or other circumstances outside the Instructor's reasonable control.
14. Privacy and Student Information
The Instructor will collect and use personal information as described in the Koroleva Math Privacy Policy.
Information collected may include the Parent's or Student's name, email address, phone number, student's grade level, course enrollment information, and information necessary to administer the course.
The Instructor may use this information for enrollment, payment processing, communication, instruction, scheduling, and administration of the Mastery Course.
The Instructor will not sell personal information to third parties.
The Privacy Policy available on the Koroleva Math website provides additional information regarding the collection and use of personal information.
15. Student Conduct
The Instructor is committed to maintaining a respectful and productive learning environment.
The following conduct is not permitted:

Harassment or bullying;
-
Threatening, abusive, or discriminatory behavior;
-
Repeated disruptive behavior;
-
Deliberate interference with instruction;
-
Sharing another student's personal information without permission;
-
Unauthorized recording or distribution of classes;
-
Misuse of course materials.
If a Student engages in serious or repeated misconduct, the Instructor may suspend or terminate the Student's participation in the course.
16. Academic Integrity
Students are expected to complete their academic work honestly.
The Instructor may teach problem-solving methods, provide examples, and give feedback on student work, but the Student remains responsible for submitting work that represents the Student's own effort.
17. No Guarantee of Results
The Instructor will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality instruction and educational resources.
However, individual academic results depend on many factors, including prior preparation, attendance, effort, practice, participation, and the policies and assessment methods of the Student's school and the College Board.
Accordingly, the Instructor does not guarantee:

A particular course grade;
-
A particular AP Calculus score;
-
A particular improvement in academic performance;
-
Admission to any college or university;
-
Any other specific educational or financial outcome.
18. Third-Party Services
The Mastery Course may use third-party services or platforms, including video-conferencing, payment processing, website hosting, email, or educational technology platforms.
The use of such services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
The Instructor is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services beyond the Instructor's reasonable control.
19. Force Majeure
The Instructor shall not be responsible for delays or inability to provide the course caused by circumstances beyond her reasonable control, including natural disasters, serious illness, power outages, internet or technology failures, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
The Instructor will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative class, recording, credit, or other appropriate remedy when feasible.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Instructor's liability arising from the Mastery Course shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Student or Parent for the Mastery Course.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
21. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.
22. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the enrollment information, applicable payment terms, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and other policies expressly incorporated into the enrollment process, constitutes the agreement between the Instructor and the Student/Parent regarding participation in the Mastery Course.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
23. Acknowledgment and Consent
By enrolling in the AP Calculus AB Mastery Course, submitting payment, or checking a box indicating acceptance of this Agreement, the Parent/Student confirms that they:

Have read and understood this Agreement;

Understand the course structure and payment obligations;

Understand that the course is an eight-month commitment;
-
Understand the selected payment plan;
-
Understand the refund and cancellation policy;
-
Understand that academic results are not guaranteed;
-
Understand that students are required to have their camera and microphone/sound turned on during live sessions unless the Instructor approves an exception;
-
Agree to comply with the course policies.
